Tenant Services Coordinator (Commercial Property Management)

Comp: $22-$28/HR DOE - Temp to Hire

100% onsite - Paid Parking - Downtown Denver 80203

Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with property management, maintenance, and vendor teams to resolve tenant issues efficiently and ensure property upkeep.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, service requests, and resolutions.
  • Assist in organizing tenant events, communications, and satisfaction surveys.
  • Provide administrative support for property management operations, including preparing contracts and tracking vendor and tenant Certificates of Insurance.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain updated points of contact for all properties and tenants.
  • Respond to tenant requests politely, calmly, and efficiently, fostering positive tenant relations.
  • Assist in preparing correspondence, reports, and meeting materials for internal and external use.
  • Arrange and attend new tenant orientation meetings; review move-in requirements, property information, and building rules.
  • Maintain and order office supplies; monitor pricing for cost efficiency.
  • Support office equipment upkeep and manage postage machine supplies.
  • Conduct regular inspections of tenant spaces, common areas, and building grounds to ensure high standards of maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Previous property management or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle conflict professionally and empathetically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AppFolio or other property management software is a plus.
